I just heard from the doctor and my
white blood count is lower today than it was last week. The lab is able
to break down the white blood cells and count the cells that fight
bacteria. The lowest # they want to see is 1.4 and my count is .5. I
need to stay at home, avoid people and do not go out to eat. I must
take my temperature every day to watch for infection.
Next Wednesday,
the 25th, I will have my blood drawn again and see my oncologist. He
will know then if I am a candidate for the molecular therapy or not. If
I could ask you to continue to pray that I will be a candidate for
this, I would truly appreciate it. Also, please pray that God will lead
and guide me in every step I take and decision I make. I think of Ps
119:105 and remember that God's word is a lamp unto my feet that guides
my every step and His word is a light unto my path so I do not fall.
If my blood is ok next week, I will receive chemo again on Feb. 26th.
I am very tired and did not have the energy to fly tomorrow
anyway. I trust and know that God's plan is perfect. Thank you for
your continued support of me and for your coveted prayers. God bless
you abundantly!
In His loving hand,
Sue
